The LY/PR PTA proudly presents one of its most significant fundraising events: the One Night in Vegas Annual Benefit. Over the years, this event has been instrumental in funding a diverse array of programs and initiatives at both Lyon and Pleasant Ridge schools. We are thrilled to announce that this year’s benefit will take place at Valley Lo Club, offering an elegant and enjoyable evening for all attendees.

HOST A SIGN-UP PARTY
The sign-up parties are one of the greatest parts of the Benefit! If you do not know what a signup party is, it is a party that is sponsored by one or several families. Anyone is invited to sign up for them at the Benefit, as you pay per person/child to participate in the event. You do not have to come up with an original idea to host! We are excited to offer some cool new parties for 2025. They include:

How does Casino Night work?
With your ticket purchase, you’ll get playing chips to start the night playing casino games. You can purchase more chips on our app to continue playing if you run out. At any time throughout the night, you can trade in your earned chips for raffle tickets and enter to win amazing prizes! Chips have no monetary value, and you will not earn money back from the games. You’ll be paid out in raffle tickets only.

Can I use a credit card for the cash bar?
No, Valley Lo only accepts cash for their cash bar. Please be sure to bring cash for the night. Or befriend a member and charge drinks to his or her account!
How will the online auction work?
Instructions on how to bid on auction items will be sent a week before the Benefit.
How do I sign-up for a sign-up party?
Sign-ups for these parties will only be available at the event on a first come, first serve basis. If the party does not fill up at the Benefit then it will be opened to the general public the next day on our online auction website.
